In-stock items normally ship within 24 hours. Weekends and Holidays can cause minor delays.

Custom and made-to-order pieces require 2–6 weeks for hand fabrication before shipping.

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS as selected at checkout with tracking provided.

Expedited shipping is available upon request at an additional cost.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped with tracking. Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier to the shipping address provided at checkout, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after delivery. If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, customers are encouraged to check with household members, neighbors, or their local carrier.
Insurance & Claims
All shipments are insured while in transit. Shipping insurance covers loss or damage that occurs before delivery. Insurance does not cover theft or loss after a package has been marked delivered by the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
High-Value Orders
Orders valued at $750 or more may require signature confirmation at delivery for security purposes. This helps ensure safe delivery of fine jewelry.
International Orders
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees. Sea Glass Gold is not responsible for customs duties or delays. For details, please consult your local postal service.
